Mr. James is the Global Chief Operating Officer for the Aerospace Division, is responsible for overseeing operations
within Dynamatic Technologies Limited in Bangalore and Dynamatic Limited in the UK, located in Swindon and
Bristol. He became a part of Dynamatic in 2006 when his family business was acquired by the company.
He also actively serves on the Board of both Dynamatic Technologies and Dynamatic Limited in the UK.
Mr. James has worked in the Aerospace sector for over 35 years, covering various roles such as Tool Maker, CNC
machine programmer and operator, Quality Engineer, Shop floor manager, Aircraft repair engineer, Procurement,
General manager, Project Management, Sales and Marketing, and Director.
Before joining Dynamatic Technologies Limited, James ran his family business, Oldland Aerospace, which grew
from a small company to a successful business with long-term contracts supplying Tier 1 companies in the UK &
USA. As part of Dynamatic Technologies, James has led major investment projects, including the deployment of
advanced 5-axis machine tools and automated material handling systems at factories in the UK and India. His
professional certifications include City and Guilds levels 1, 2, and 3, HNC CNC Programming & Mechanical
Engineering, aircraft repairs training, quality & metrology, lean manufacturing, and being an audit signatory.
