Deliveries of First Sets of Air Frame Structures for Sukhoi 30 MKI commence from Dynamatic Technologies Facility in Nasik
Deliveries of the first sets of Air Frame Structures for India’s largest defence programme, the Sukhoi-30 MKI Fighter Bomber, have commenced from the new Dynamatic Technologies facility in Nasik.
A rare and exemplary instance of Public Private Partnership, Dynamatic Technologies recently commenced the transfer of assembly work of Air Frame Structures for the Sukhoi-30 MKI Fighter Bomber from its production facilities in Bangalore to a new facility provided by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited at Nasik.
Dynamatic Aerospace® is HAL’s largest developmental partner on the Sukhoi 30 MKI programme and builds major Air Frame Structures for the Fighter Bomber including Canards, Ventral Fins, Horizontal Stabilizers, Slats, Vertical Fins and Air Brake. The assembly transfer, which is expected to be complete by August 2010, will enable Dynamatic Technologies to offer greater production support to HAL by virtue of its strategic location at the customer’s doorstep. The space freed at Dynamatic’s aerospace production facilities in Bangalore, by the assembly transfer, will be utilized by the company for its export initiatives.

Dynamatic Technologies Achieves Single Source Supplier Status for Airbus A320 Flap Track Beams

Dynamatic Technologies has successfully achieved Single Source Supplier status for the Airbus 320 Flap Track Beams being supplied to Spirit AeroSystems ( Europe) Limited.
This landmark achievement, which comes within a year of commencement of commercial supplies, was celebrated at Dynamatic Aerospace® on 9th June 2010, during the visit of high level team from Spirit AeroSystems comprising of Neil McManus, Vice-President & Managing Director, Spirit AeroSystems (Europe) Ltd., and Dave Stewart, Senior Director Global Sourcing -Aerostructures, Spirit AeroSystems (Europe) Ltd .
"This is my first visit to Dynamatic Technologies and I am delighted that it has been timed to coincide with this event.” said Neil McManus “Dynamatic’s achievement of Single Source Supplier Status for the Flap Track Beams is a significant milestone in the Dynamatic Technologies-Spirit partnership and really underlines the strong bonds that exist between our two Companies."
Also present at the celebrations were Mr. V. P. Baligar, Principal Secretary to the Government of Karnataka, Department of Industries and Commerce, and Dr. Rajkumar Khatri, Commissioner for Industrial Development, who joined Neil McManus, Dave Stewart and the entire Aerospace team at Dynamatic Technologies to cut a special cake at the ‘Prana’ facility ( Prana in Sanskrit means Spirit), where the production of the Flap Track Beams is undertaken.

Dynamatic Technologies Inks MoU with Government of Karnataka for Aerospace Facility in Bangalore
Dynamatic Technologies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Karnataka for the establishment of a state-of-the-art Aerospace Manufacturing Facility at the Aerospace Park to be set up by the Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board (KIADB) near the International Airport in Bangalore. The MoU which was signed on Thursday, 3rd June 2010, at the Karnataka Government’s Global Investors Meet 2010, was one of the two Memorandums signed in the Aerospace segment by the Government of Karnataka at the event.
According to the MoU, Dynamatic Technologies will establish the Aerospace Facility for which the investment will be spread over a period of six years, while the Government, on its part, will endeavour to obtain fast-track clearances and approvals as well as provide the infrastructure such as land, water, power, necessary for the commencement of commercial production.
